I would think that the Blessing would be worth the most. I don't know if there is a market for such things. Peace be with you!

Put it up for sale on ebay if you want to know how valuable it is. One person's trash is another one's treasure.

Monetarily or ritualistically, no, not particularly. Were he canonized, the picture would be considered a Class II relic and would have ritualistic value, possibly some slight monetary value. Enjoy it for its sentimental value.

Oh come now, collectables? If it is valuable sell it and give it to the poor. Not so long from now what of anything of this world of mammon will be "worth" anything? It is all worthless that is not of LOVE. Do not store up your treasures upon Earth, but store up your treasures in HEAVEN where moth and rust do not rot. LOVE your neighbor as yourself. Amen.
