Not everyone wants to have civil rights taken away. Some people think they are safer if they are monitored. Other people think it is a violation of privacy and has nothing to do with protection against terrorism to monitor the lives of ordinary americans. Unfortunately many americans are very dense and can have the wool pulled over their eyes. These people are even so called educated. they believe everything they hear or read.
